Once instructed, we will market your home using a combination of photography, videos, floor plan and written content. Your property will be showcased in our shop window, our website and property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
Once your property is ready to view, we can start to show interested buyers around – all viewings are accompanied by a staff member. Once we have an offer, we will present this factually together backed up with evidence that the buyer is in a position to proceed. Once the offer is accepted, Memos of sale will then be drawn up and sent to relevant parties.
